Returns

For a good refund or exchange * items must be unused and returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition within 21 days of receipt of goods. Make sure the items are accompanied by a completed return form (see below on how to fill out the return form).

Cancel an order

If you wish to cancel an order, in many cases you have the legal right to do so within 7 working days of receiving the order. However, this does not apply to certain products such as audio / video recordings or computer software has been opened and all custom items and perishable goods.

If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing, indicating the order number, within 7 working days following the day of receipt of the goods and you must also take reasonable care of the goods. We would like to consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods, for example, if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if you look at them in a store before buying.

If you cancel an order, we request that you return the goods to us over time, with the original packaging and at your own expense at the following address. If your need for assistance in returning a large item, such as a treadmill or a ping-pong table etc. we can offer a collection service. Please inquire for the cost with our customer support team.

If a product we supply not prematurely due to a manufacturing defect we will provide you with a refund, replacement or repair. Just send us an email and we will organize everything for you.

Be sure to inform us as soon as possible after receiving the goods of any damage to avoid delays in receiving a replacement or refund. Due to the highly technical nature of the products we sell, in case the product has been used at least once, we need to send it to the manufacturer to confirm that the defect of the product is due to a manufacturing defect - our suppliers will always be return to us within 28 days at most (usually much faster) and we will contact you hearing their results.

What if I received my package, but were not the goods ordered?

In the unlikely event that we sent you the incorrect goods, then first of all we apologize. We want to make sure that we remedy as soon as possible and ensure that we get the goods you have ordered to you. In this case, please contact Customer Service by e-mail, where one of our consultants will be happy to help you. They email / will send a free returns label, which means that they will be able to send the package back to us without incurring any shipping costs. Please note that our policy not only refunds postal charges as we provide this free service, and will always instruct our customers to use it. Customers must always send back their order, with an accompanying return form - this will ensure that we can process your return quickly.

Exchanges

If you wish to return a non-defective product for an exchange, the following applies: Full refund (less shipping costs) or exchange goods sent upon receipt of the goods will be given. We, however, reimburse the shipping costs back to you if the need for an exchange is due to an error made by us (for example, we have sent the correct format). You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. We would like to consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods, for example, if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if you examine them in a store before buying. The goods must be returned within 21 days, in the original packaging and labels attached and at their own expense to the following address.
